My top essential oil resources

Today's blog is a really important tip - especially for those of you that already have essential oils at home!

Are you ready?

Use your resources!

Don't let those oils sit on the shelf, and don't suffer through an ailment when you have resources at your fingertips. There are apps and reference books that can help with that!

I'm preaching to myself a bit here, too, okay? At the beginning of this year, I went through a period where I was dealing with tonsillitis and fungal infections in myself, and fever and rash in my son. I was trying to use my oil knowledge to help, but it wasn't enough. Luckily, I turned to my iTovi and The Essential Life book for help and relief, and they were spot on!

An iTovi is a scanner that uses the same technology as a fitbit to measure frequencies in your body to determine which essential oils your body responds best to at that moment. When I scanned myself during this period of illness, I took the first few oils that my body scanned for and looked them up in The Essential Life book. Each one had some common themes and uses, which fit exactly with the ailments my body was currently dealing with. This allowed me to provide stronger support to my body so I could heal faster.

With my son, we did take him to the doctor first and were told nothing could be done because it's a virus, so when we got home I scanned him with the iTovi, looked up those oils in the reference book, and provided some personalized support for his body.

There is definitely a time and a place for a doctor and modern medicine, but often times we are told to just wait it out or treat the symptoms. Thankfully, with my resources, I can be empowered with natural solutions!
