I don't even know where to start, but every time I see this picture I smile
I can see his independence through the outfit he picked out, even if it doesn't exactly match. His favorite shirt because of the material and the football (soccer) on it, even though he has no idea how to play football (soccer). His favorite jacket because it has a hood. His favorite colors in the beads and mask he made - because mommy like purple, so he likes purple. And daddy's old wallet to finish off the ensemble for his school festival
Sometimes his strong opinions annoy the heck out of me, but other times I am thankful for his strong personality. It has helped him adjust to living in a different culture while still being himself
What is something funny your kid (or student) does that makes you smile?
